Just getting started — with clear direction.

My current interests include combat sports coverage, local community coverage across high schools and colleges, and continuing to grow in sports medicine research and education as my career develops.

Fellowship exposure

I’m entering the UT Health Houston Sports Medicine Fellowship through the Department of Family & Community Medicine. The program is a collaboration with the Department of Orthopedic Surgery and is designed to train future sports medicine physicians with the skills to care for the whole person, family, and community.

What the curriculum emphasizes

The fellowship is built around broad, hands-on sports medicine training in a university-based setting. The program emphasizes clinical exposure across sports medicine environments while also helping fellows develop the knowledge, flexibility, and administrative perspective needed to succeed in different career paths over time.
